NAGEL Ecohone
EcoHone-HRX represents another milestone in fully automated honing for the family-owned company NAGEL from Nürtingen. With its brand-new design, the benchmark for efficiency and precision adopts a production-ready design language and, on top of that, receives the design award FOCUS GOLD 2023.
Our Strategy
The EcoHone is based on our concept study that premiered at the EMO in Hannover in 2019 – the leading trade fair for production technology. In the HRX, the combination of a robot and RFID technology allows fully automated honing. This competitive advantage translates into a visual separation into usage and functional areas, a design feature which is transferable to all investment goods of the series.
