About Us
We are an interdisciplinary design and development studio with around 25 team members based in Stuttgart. Our core competencies include product design, animation & visualization, graphic design, and frontend development.
Our clients primarily come from mechanical engineering, medical technology/rehabilitation, toys, and other innovative sectors of the German mid-market.
To further strengthen our market position and sharpen our external communication, we are expanding our team with an experienced professional in Sales & Marketing.
Your Role
In this key position, you will drive the further development of our marketing and the strategic direction of our sales activities. Working directly with our management team, you will actively support our growth and ensure a consistent, professional market presence.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Sales
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
Analyze and prioritize relevant target groups and industries.
Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Establish a modern CRM and reporting setup.
Marketing & Positioning
Further develop our brand and communication presence.
Plan and execute content, campaign, and communication initiatives.
Take ownership of our website, social media, newsletters, and digital lead channels.
Collaborate closely with our design and communication teams to deliver high-quality output.
Structure & Growth
Professionalize our internal sales and proposal processes.
Work cross-functionally with project management, team leads, and the management team.
In the longer term: build a small team in sales and/or marketing.
What You Bring
Professional Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency, product development, creative/digital services, or consulting environment.
Experience in key account management and building long-term client relationships.
Confidence in selling complex, consultative services.
Strong knowledge of modern marketing methods (content, digital, positioning).
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
Personal Qualities
Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
Professional presence with decision-makers in industry and mid-sized businesses.
High level of ownership, results orientation, and commercial mindset.
Enjoys improving structures and actively shaping growth.
