What we stand UP for

We are an interdisciplinary design team of around 30 people – with room for new perspectives. Since 1994, we have been creating user-centered solutions for physical and digital product systems in Stuttgart. Our work spans from product design and animations to graphic design and frontend development. In close collaboration with our project partners, we develop ideas that impress through usability, storytelling, and aesthetics.

What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain presentations, case studies, and reference materials

• Support the preparation of proposals and reference presentations

• Maintain and manage our website, social media channels, and newsletter

• Assist with content production (text and, if applicable, graphics)

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns

• Support the preparation of pitches, trade fairs, and events

• Maintain templates, tools, and project overviews (e.g. Notion, CRM)

What you bring

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, agency communications, or sales support

• Strong writing skills and confident in text and layout/design

• Organizational talent, quick comprehension, and proactive mindset

• Familiarity with tools such as MS365, Adobe, HubSpot, Framer, LinkedIn/Instagram, and Miro is a plus

• Interest in design and digital topics

• A team player with attention to detail and a passion for getting things done
